Bob’s Driveline Service Ltd. has been in business since 1992, and operating at its current Aldergrove location since 1996. The company has earned a stellar reputation for providing top quality automotive service, at reasonable prices, and firmly standing behind its work.
The company employs some of the best and most experienced transmission and drivetrain specialists as well as general repair technicians in BC. All our employees continue to advance their training through ongoing courses, seminars, focus groups, and webinars. This allows Bob’s Driveline to handle many jobs in-house that other shops are not qualified to take on.

Courtesy Cars And Towing
Bob’s Driveline offers several options to keep customers mobile while their vehicle is boing serviced:
Courtesy vehicles – Bob’s Driveline operates a fleet of courtesy vehicles including cars, vans and pick-up trucks. For larger jobs and commercial customers, leave your vehicle at our shop and drive away in one of our vehicles.
Free local towing for cars and light trucks – We’ll tow your vehicle to our shop if it can’t or shouldn’t be driven. For distances of 10 km or less we’ll even cover the cost of towing.
After-Hours – We accept vehicle drop-off outside of regular business hours. Just park your vehicle in our lot, lock it, and drop your keys through our mail slot with a phone number to contact you. After-hours pick-up can also be arranged.
Free local shuttle – If you drop off your vehicle at our shop during business hours we can provide a ride to anywhere you need to go within a 10Km radius.
Payment Options For commercial customers, Bob’s Driveline accepts payment by cheque from invoices on an approved account. For all customers we accept cash, credit card, or debit card.

For Transmission and Driveline repairs our warranty remedies can be accommodated through any ATRA member shop across North America. ATRA - the Automatic Transmission Rebuilders Association - is an international trade association for the professional automatic transmission repair industry. With members across the US and Canada, ATRA's network of automatic transmission repair professionals can offer you repair and warranty coverage anywhere you are likely to drive. With nearly 2000 members, ATRA is larger than every automatic transmission repair chain combined - nearly three times the size of the largest chain in the US. Which means that no chain can provide better warranty coverage than ATRA's network of professional service centers. Every ATRA member must adhere to ATRA's Code of Ethics - ATRA's standards for providing honest, professional service. So, when you take your vehicle to an ATRA member, you are assured of polite, professional service, at an honest price. And not just automatic transmission repair; most ATRA members also provide diagnostic and repair service for manual transmissions, clutches, differentials, driveshafts, drive axles, and transfer cases.
Warranty Details: Bob's Driveline warranties its parts and labor for 24 months or 24,000 Km, whichever comes first, beginning immediately upon completing the service or repair. This warranty applies to all material and workmanship supplied by Bob's Driveline under normal vehicle use and service. Certain components, including some transmissions and transfer cases, come with additional or extended warranties offered by their manufacturers. These special warranties will be noted on the Customer’s invoice.
Any Bob’s Driveline warranty is void if components have been subjected to usage beyond the specified capacities and usage parameters of the vehicle, misused, neglected, not maintained properly, subjected to road hazard, accident damage, or altered by anyone other than the technicians at Bob's Driveline Service Ltd. Declining a repair or service that can affect a previous repair or service will also void the previous warranty. Proof of maintenance may be required at any time to confirm the validity of a warranty claim. Warranties are not transferable.
There is no warranty expressed or implied on any service where used parts or materials have been installed, or where parts/materials have been supplied by the customer. Any warranty repairs or towing must be approved by management in advance for the claim to be recognized. No warranty is extended to cover loss of use, loss of earnings, per diem expenses or any other claim of expense or loss whatsoever.
Extended warranty parts, special notes, limitations, and other conditions may be applied on a case-by-case basis. Any such conditions will be noted on the Customer's Invoice.
